South Australian Women’s and Children’s Hospital – Gender Diversity Adolescent Medicine appointments are held at the WCH Paediatric Outpatient department (Level 1, Rogerson Building Zone A). Gender Diversity Psychiatry appointments are held in the Department of Psychological Medicine (Level 1, Good Friday Building Zone C).

The Gender Diversity Team will accept new referrals across South Australia for any child or young person up to the age of 17 years with concerns regarding their gender identity.

Trans Hub includes some fantastic information for parents and carers in supporting their gender diverse child (across all ages).

Parents of Gender Diverse Children – Parents of Gender Diverse Children works hard to give a voice to parents and those parenting transgender and gender diverse children. Operating in SA as a social media resource only at this time.
