I am a Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth consultations for adults seeking gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) and related healthcare support. Care may include discussion of your goals and options, informed-consent assessment, medication education, pathology planning and review, prescribing and ongoing monitoring where clinically appropriate.
I aim to provide a welcoming, non-judgemental and trauma-informed space for trans, gender-diverse and non-binary people. Appointments are guided by your needs, health history, preferences and priorities, with clear information and shared decision-making at every step.
I also work collaboratively with GPs, specialists and other health professionals when additional support, referral or coordinated care is needed. Telehealth availability and prescribing are subject to clinical suitability and applicable location-based requirements.
